Easy! For one item, just put your personalisations in the ‘personalisations’ box and add to your basket. For multiple items, just select the quantity required, and list all personalisations together in the personalisations box.

What can I put in my customisation?

You can customise your item any way you like! We love making pieces for special occasions and gifts that can be treasured for years to come. Please note, we don’t stamp customisations containing curse words (including abbreviations or acronyms that incorporate curse words), derogatory, or offensive wording. For personal reasons we don’t stamp items with wording specifically mentioning good luck, angels, heaven, birthdays, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, other religious holidays, political or civil movement messages. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order without explanation. Thank you for your understanding :)

I am from the Channel Islands - Can you refund VAT?

Unfortunately we don’t currently accept orders from the Chanel Islands that require a VAT refund. Please send us an email if you’d like more information on that subject.
