••••••••••••••••••HOW IT WORKS••••••••••••••••••
(1) Select the following:

• TURN AROUND TIME: Choose Standard (1-2 business days) or Rush (12hrs)

• CHOOSE A SIZE: 8x10, 11x14, or 16x20

• QUANTITY: Leave at “1”

(2) Add the following information in the personalization box:
• Due Date

Please leave all information needed to complete your design in this box during checkout. I cannot start your order until all your details have been received.

(3) Your digital file/proof(s) will be sent within 1-2 business days (or 12 hrs any day if you purchased RUSH) to the email you have on file with Etsy. Please verify you have the correct address on file.

(4) If your digital file is perfect, you can use it to print right away. If any changes are needed, please let me know and I will send you a new revised file within 1 business day.

You will be able to download the file to your computer and either print from home, transfer to a thumb drive and take to your local print shop, or print from an online company.

Please note that files are archived after 1 week and any changes requested after this time will be subject to a $5 fee.

••••••••••••••••••TURNAROUND TIME••••••••••••••••••
My standard turnaround time for a digital file is 1-2 business days. If you order RUSH (an additional $5) the turnaround time is 12 hours any day.

The turnaround time to receive a proof is 1-2 business days. To receive your proof within 12 hours, please choose Rush during checkout.

I do not work on the weekends unless you have placed a RUSH order. If you order on Friday, you may receive your files as late as Tuesday as I do not work on the weekends.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be completed on the following business day, EXCEPT rush orders, which are completed 7 days a week. RUSH ORDERS are filled on all days.

Please note that when your items are printed the colors may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen. All monitors have light behind the screen making colors appear brighter than what they will print. Please be aware of this when you print at home or use any printing services.
