Placed the order by accident

Please don't say placed the order by accident, Cancellation/ Return/ Refund not accept from my shop due to I have to pay all fee from ETSY and Paypal.

Refund not available for damaged items issue from buyer used. Every items has been photographed before sending out to the recipient, It’s in Good condition. If the recipient claims that the item has been damaged since before use. The recipient must take the photos to the seller to prove that it was damaged during shipping.

If you not receiving your item

If the status from registered tracking numbers show "DELIVERED" but buyer still saying not receiving items please check with your neighbor first then contact your USPS or Police to track it , not responsibility of seller. Refund are not available for this case.

In case of no recipient available

In case of no recipient available when local post office delivery the item and the item return to me. Resend an item shipping cost must be paid by buyer. and I have to wait until item returned to me already before starting resend.

Items are shipped from Thailand by Thailand Post and forwarded to your local post for further delivery to the recipient's home. Delivery period within 7-10 business days to USA not including customs control or an un-control factor ex. bad weather issue. Delivery can be delay due to strict customs control of recipient's country. I have to delivery to your ETSY registered address on shipping label.
