Custom and personalized orders

Unfortunately, I cannot customize orders of fewer than 10 cards of the same design. The cards are pre-printed off-site so I am unable to change font color and wording for individual orders. As annoying as this may seem, it allows me to print these cards professionally, so you are getting the highest quality on heavy cardstock.

Did the USPS lose or damage your order? I'm SO SORRY. Unfortunately, once we drop the orders off in the mail, anything that happens is beyond our control and we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged orders and do not issue refunds. Please message us and we'll try to help you find a solution! We have a few tricks up our sleeve that can sometimes work. Thanks for understanding!

We do not issue refunds for delayed, lost, or stolen orders. However, if your order is sent back to me, I will issue a full refund, minus a $1 restocking fee. For international returned to sender orders, I do not issue refunds for shipping.

All orders will ship via USPS via First Class Mail. You may upgrade for a fee, upon checkout, to USPS Priority Mail for even faster service (which also includes tracking and packaged in a bubble mailer). Please remember, orders take 1-2 business days to process and package, and then add on a few days for shipping. I’m pretty quick, and usually get orders out the next weekday.

Please note, Spade Stationery will not be responsible for any orders that are delayed, damaged, or lost in the mail by USPS. They have still not recovered from the pandemic and orders can be slow or get lost easily. Please reach out with any questions as we are always happy to help!
