The best way to ensure your needle minder works, is by sliding the magnets apart rather than pulling. Given they're high strength they can break away from the minder if pulled too frequently.

If this does happen, super glue can be used to re-attach the magnet back to the minder. Simply leave it to dry for an hour and it will be ready to reuse.

All purchases are shipped in a padded bubble bag to ensure no damage done to the order in transit. Gift wrapping is available free of charge, just send me a note with your order and I'll have it made up for you :)

All international packages are sent with tracking as standard.

Packages are collected once a week (typically a Wednesday) and shipped out. Once the item has been processed the tracking details will update to show that it has departed from Australia and arrived in your country.

If your tracking details have not updated correctly, please send a message so that this can be looked into directly for you.
