Returns and Exchanges

For all returns and exchanges: No returns on custom/personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective. Item must be returned back in the original condition, unused, within 7 days of arrival. Please message prior for exchange approval. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

"My tracking says delivered but I can't find my package."

My banners normally come in a 6"x 6"x4" box which doesn't fit in standard mailboxes. Please check around your home and with neighbors. In multi-unit buildings, it is sometimes kept in the mailroom lockbox. The mail carrier has a GPS record of where the package was scanned/left. This can only be given out by your local post office. If a package has been mis-delivered, they are responsible to retrieving the package and re-delivering. Unfortunately, If USPS tracking states delivered and the package has been stolen, I am unable to issue a refund. A police report must be made, as it is a federal offense. With a police report, I may be able to replace the item if time permits.

"My package did not arrive by my party date."

I try to accommodate every order and send a message after ever purchase, asking the party date. There are USPS delays which are out of my control and I urge customers to purchase well in advance of their party. Orders that do not arrive in time can not be refunded.

The flags are made with light blue cardstock backgrounds and white letters. The letters are attached with 3d tape to give it dimension. The two end flags are decorated with yellow rubber ducks. These are strung on a coordinating ribbon with plenty of extra to hang the banner.

Flags are approximately 4.5” x 6”.

Handmade in my smoke-free, pet-free home.
