I use order number or Etsy username as my search key - I will send you a message on Day 2 of order if I cannot find your photo.

There are MANY options for photos that look amazing as Watercolor Portraits.

Top Tips:
- Choose photo with great natural light
- Choose home photo taken straight on
- Facial features do not look great, use side-profiles
- Avoid shadows as possible
- Do NOT crop photo, sending the original gives me flexibility
- Dark and grainy photos do not work

HOMES & BUILDINGS:
- Take photo on a sunny day
- Remove cars from driveways
- Make window treatments uniform (blinds open or closed, etc)
- Clean off front porch

FAMILY & COUPLE PORTRAITS:
- Side profile shots work best
- Facial features lose definition in process
- See examples in listings or message me if unsure of your photo

ANIMAL PORTRAITS:
- Outdoor photos work best
- Choose well-lit photo

After you purchase the digital file, you can save it and print however you choose.

I will send you links to my favorite vendors when you purchase, but the print can be done on photo paper, matte paper, ornaments, canvas, etc - wherever you can print a picture you will be able to print your digital watercolor as well.

Processing times are listed but standard printed item turnaround is 7-10 days, but there are busy times of the year where the US Post Office cannot handle that shipping turnaround. And each listing has the option to expedite!

All Digital ONLY files will be returned next business day.

Due to the custom nature of our work, once a proof, final or otherwise, is sent then there are no refunds issued. The expense of the product relates to the time spent creating the product, so please make sure you LOVE the watercolor style before making a purchase :)

Art is subjective. Portraits and Photos are personal.
I will not make a judgement call related to your photo unless it is such a poor quality photo that I cannot produce anything from it.
