Once you've purchased the listing I'll need a conversation with the following details:

1) A frontal picture of the home.

2) Any wording you would like added. (Ex. "The Richardson's First Home or "Home Sweet Home")
- Included in the painting are often established dates, street address, and name.

3) Any special notes- basically, if you want any different landscaping or omissions- I will need to know.

4) At the half-way point(sketch is complete) I will send you the rough draft where edits can be made. Once paint is applied, no more editing can be made.
