Designed and handmade to order in England, the cushion is generously filled with flame retardant polystyrene balls for stability and comfort. They have a durable, warm plate resistant (no hot plates), wipe clean, printed matt laminate surface.

GUARANTEE
Our lap trays are covered by a 1 year guarantee, given in confidence as we have full control over materials and quality control. They're checked at each of the 14 points in the production process and the guarantee covers workmanship such as the frame coming loose, stitching coming undone and the bean bag leaking.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not 100% happy with your TROVE Tray, you may return it for a refund if you let us know within 14 days of delivery and return the tray within 30 days of delivery. The purchaser would bear all delivery costs and be responsible for the unused trays return in as new, saleable condition.

In the rare event of an item being damaged during transport, (we package well) it can be replaced by providing emailed photographic evidence of the damage within 3 DAYS of delivery. As well as of any damaged packaging, to aid us with our claim with Royal Mail. Once this has been received a replacement will be dispatched.
