Cancellation Policy As I often dispatch the day after purchase on many items I request that any cancellations be made within 24 hours but it won’t hurt to ask if you need to cancel. If I haven’t started making your item it won’t be a problem

Can I return international orders?

I am happy for any non-personalised item to be returned if you are not happy with it. As per policies, I will refund the cost and standard outbound postage, but you will be liable for the cost of return postage. Orders will need to be marked as a return on the customs form, otherwise any refund will have any fees incurred deducted from the total.

Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. I try to edit my photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. I cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Lost parcels happen very rarely but are very frustrating when it happens to you. Please contact me within 14 days if you haven’t received your parcel as claims have to be made within 28 days of parcel being sent and I want to get the process started as soon as possible. Unfortunately I can’t refund or send new items until I have been told that the parcel is lost as many do turn up once they are manually looked for
