WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, there are no cancellations or amendments allowed. We do not accept returns if you ordered the wrong size, wrong item, media type or buyers remorse. Cancellation fees will apply to orders cancelled after 24 hours of placement. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We will provide any and all pictures possible before you place your order so you are sure of what you are getting. If your order arrives to you damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reprint and replace your item. All claims must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving your item. Any claim beyond 3 business days must be handled with the shipping company.

HOW DO I HANG THE METAL PRINTS?

These large command strips are perfect to hang your metal print. One on each corner is fine. They will not work well on popcorn textured walls. On Amazon, search "large command strips heavy duty" Another option is to use these side clamp standoffs. Available in black or silver. These are to be used for 45" x 30" and 36" x 24" sized prints and will be sent out with your order (will ship separately). On Amazon, search "TOPNIKE Side Clamp Standoff" For metal prints sizes 60" x 25", 60" x 40", 67.5" x 45" and 72" x 30", we HIGHLY recommend hiring a professional to install and hang these size prints.

Please note, the display photos may not be to scale. Colors of the actual print may vary slightly from the colors on screen as all screens vary in the way they portray color. For larger sized prints, if you are looking at it from far away (more than 6 ft away), your eyes will not be able to distinguish any pixelation.
