Yes, absolutely on non personalized items. Unfortunately I do not accept returns, or exchanges on personalized items or urns. If there is a spelling error or a mistake I have made I will gladly fix it. If you are not satisfied, before leaving feedback, PLEASE contact me to work something out. I want to treat you like I'd want to be treated. I pride myself on customer service.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you mark your order as a gift, I will include a flat kraft color pillow box and piece of twine. Pop open the box and place your item inside for gift giving. Please let me know if you'd like a message included. The message will be hand written by me on small hand made note card. Thank you.

Aluminum is a great alternative for people who are allergic to most metals. It doesn't tarnish or turn your skin colors. Aluminum is very light weight. DO Not confuse the weight of aluminum for a low quality product. I use high quality grade aluminum. If you prefer heavy jewelry. Aluminum might not be for you.
