Dear Customer, When we pack these garlands they are tightly packed so that they take lesser space but after opening they become normal. It is made of plastic sheets and are fully washable they will not melt in water like paper does. After hanging it gives the look of picture. It is the same product we have shown in our listing. Shade may appear little different in different light and camera resolution.
