Is there a physical product shipped to me?

Our planners are digital downloads that are received instantly upon payment. There is no physical item sent to your address.

Where can I download my purchase from?

*PRINTABLE PLANNERS* For planners, if you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. First, check your spam or junk inbox. If it’s not there, add transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list. If you checked out using an Etsy account, go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. The download will be in the format of a zip file.

Can I request a custom order?

For planners, yes. You can request custom orders for items such as: a specific page size, a specific color, a selection of pages, or an entirely new design. Please utilize the 'request custom order' option on my home page to start the process.

If I want to use the printable planner twice, do I have to pay again?

No, once you have purchased the file becomes yours. You can re-use it multiple times with no need to repurchase.

Can I edit the planner files on my computer or do they need to be printed as is?

Programs such as Preview (Mac) and Adobe Reader (free for Mac & PC) allow you to add text to the file. However, the capabilities are limited. Paid programs like Adobe Acrobat Pro enable you to edit and add text. This is perfect if you want to edit a page title or table header. Alternatively, the files can be used with a PDF reader application such as GoodNotes or Notability (our favorite). This allows them to be opened and edited on devices like an iPad. The file becomes a digitalized customizable pack and will require no printing. However, if you are unable to edit the file yourself and would like some changes making to fit your needs please shoot us a message and we can discuss a custom order.

What should I do if I cannot access the downloads via email?

This should only be a problem if you purchase as a guest, rather than through an Etsy account. However, if you're unable to access the email address which you used to purchase an item, please send me a message. I'll be able to see your order transaction and send the files to the correct email address.

How can I use these planner printables?

The files can either be printed or edited on your computer, tablet or mobile. You may choose to print the files with the ability to write on them. You can choose to add them to a binder, a planner or a discbound notebook. The margins are large enough to offer spacing to fit all binding options. What sizes are offered for printable planners?

We offer Letter, A4, A5, A6, B6, Pocket, Personal, and Personal Wide sizes on all of our available printable planners. All sizes are included with any purchase of our printable planners. The various sizes will be located in the downloadable zip file.
