CARE & MAINTENANCE:
*The glasses are painted with non-toxic durable paint and cured to seal the paint.
*I highly recommend gentle hand washing to keep your glass in beautiful condition. Do not soak or scrub.

PREPARATION TIME:
*Most glasses are made-to-order and will take approximately 3-7 days for completed paint time, depending on the design and quantity.
*There are times when I do have some glasses ready to ship. If you order an item and it is ready to ship, it will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.
*If you need your order by a certain date, please message me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING:
*The glasses are carefully wrapped and double boxed for safe delivery.
*All orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 day Priority shipping.
*Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size of package and location. I do not set the shipping rates.
