Exactly what I was looking for. This is my 5th order from this company.
Very disappointed in the lack of communication with this seller. I sent several emails to them with no response till it shipped. I was unable to add a photo because the link provided didn't work. Since emails were not answered, the photo I sent was not added to the frame. It was just an expensive empty memorial frame. There was also no indication of who it came from. In the future, I will use another Etsy seller, as there are many! Very unprofessional!
When I received the package I was really disappointed that they change the format of the frame. Why would you take of the most important part of the order the Pet's name?! I managed to contact the seller after good couple of weeks it was sorted then another week or so a replacement was received. Also dislike that the seller asked to update my review really! I'm not going to change my review score. It should have been proof read or even quality controlled. Something needs to change that's for sure. Sorry but I will not be upgrading my star score at all. I know we are all humans we make mistakes but this could have been avoided if other processes were in place.
Hello Steve, when you let me know that your personalization was incorrect, I sent out a brand new frame to Australia from the US. International shipping can take some time to get delivered. We took care of the issue and when I contacted you to keep you updated on how we were addressing the issue, I simply asked if you could update your review, when you had time, to reflect how we handled our error. Your first review just stated that you received the wrong frame. We appreciate when our customers update their reviews to reflect how we took care of any issues to let other buyers know of their experience. I would never ask anyone to change their score. You can leave it one star, but we always ask that you let others know we took care of the issue. I am glad you received your new frame and it's now taken care of.
