This lovely keepsake necklace is made to order. It can be filled with your pet's fur, horse hair or anything else that you would like to keep close to your heart, safe and protected forever. The pendant can be personalised with your pet's name or any other wording you would like.

Each order is beautifully and lovingly packaged in our branded gift box, ready for gift giving.

The pendant can be fully customised.

HOW IT WORKS:
1) Place your order
2) You will receive a message from me with all the necessary information, including the address where you need to send the hair
3) I will contact you to discuss the design of the pendant
4) I will let you know when I receive your letter, from this moment I will need 15 business days to make the keepsake for you
5) When the pendant is ready I will send you pictures of the finished product
6) After your approval I will send the keepsake to you along with any unused hair

Please note all custom keepsake jewellery will be completely unique based on the hair or fur inside. The photos in this listing are examples I have made.

IMPORTANT:
Please note that in order to comply with Etsy dispatch times, we need to receive your sample of hair in eight weeks after you place the order.
If, for any reason, your hair sample doesn't arrive in this time frame, we will provide a coupon code for the total amount of the ordered items. The shipping cost will be refunded.
Your order will be marked as dispatched, and the tracking number will be your coupon code.
Your coupon code will also match your original order number.
The coupon code will be valid for the next 24 months, and you are welcome to use it anytime during this period.

I can not say enough GREAT things about this item. It toke me months to finally find what I was looking for. Kaja always got back to me in timely manner. The necklace was nice quality and it was as pictured. I thought it was even better when she sent me a preview of the finished necklace. I am so happy with her and my necklace.
