Personalization is free of charge. I can also add the players names to the coach prints. A fine tip sharpie marker works well for the players to sign their name. The white or black mat/border is included in your print. There is no separate mat around the image. It's one print. *Please send me a message and I can customize for your school and add your school or team logo.

The canvas is 1.25 in thickness. The canvas has a UV coating is scratch-resistant. To clean just wipe clean with a damp cloth. Your gallery wrapped canvas has a hard backed surface, please see a photo in the photo gallery. This prevents it from sagging in the middle and it comes ready to hang on your wall.

Details about the frames.

The frames are manufactured from another company. Glass and a cardboard backing is included with all frame purchases. You will also receive a hanger with each frame.

Custom and personalized orders

You can send me a message in the "Note to Seller Section" during checkout with your order info. You may also send it in a message and I will match it up to your order. Example: Coaches Names, Players Names, Wedding Name & Date, or the name you would like for your letter art design. Any custom design, themes or colors as well.

It takes our shop from 7-10 days to complete an order before shipment. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays]. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

What if I don't respond to my custom proof?

You will receive a proof of your custom designed letter art after purchase, at that time you can make any changes that you would like to your design. Once you receive your proof you have 72 hours to respond. After 72 hours with NO RESPONSE the proof that was sent will go into production.

Did my items ship separately?

If you order different types of items then they will separately. For example a ornament and a print.

I ship via USPS & UPS. I have no control over the delivery of your package once it leaves my shop. Please contact your local USPS or UPS to find out any information regarding the delivery status of your package.

If you see a letter on one of our sample designs that you would like used in your custom letter art, please let us know in the notes section when ordering. You are allowed 2 changes on your design free of charge. After the 2nd change there will be a $5 per change fee.
