Berkley FireLine Advanced Technology Braided Bead Thread Sold Per Spool

FireLine is a pre-waxed, braided cord consisting of gel-spun polyethylene which is known as the strongest fiber, per diameter, ever created.

It has an unbelievably high tensile strength and has been recommended in numerous how-to articles on beadworking.

The 4 & 6 lb. tests will fit a #12 English beading needle.

4lb test is .006" or .12mm average diameter.

6lb test is .008" or .15mm average diameter.

10lb test is .010" or .20mm average diameter.

Strong and excellent for adding very fine strands to kumihimo braids, bead weaving projects and for use with beads that may have fine, sharp edged drill holes. Crystal is actually white and smoke is grey.
