Custom and personalized orders

Fabric is cut to custom lengths by the yard. I do not cut half yard sizes, only by a yard at a time. Unfortunately, pillows cannot be made to custom order. I sell what I have access to and cannot produce new pillows using my fabric for you. I am sorry about the confusion and inconvenience this may cause.

For fabric: 1 yard = 1 quantity. If you see a quantity of "20", it means I have 20 yards of continuous length that you may purchase, not that you will receive 20 yards for $14.99. $14.99 is typically how much 1 yard of fabric costs. **I do not accept returns on fabric**

May I get a sample of a fabric or pillow?

You can purchase a sample of fabrics through this link: https://www.etsy.com/listing/535686553/plankroad-home-decor-fabric-by-the-yard?ref=shop_home_active_1 When purchasing, please add the name of the fabric you want a sample of in the "notes" section. You can also message me to let me know if you forgot during the checkout steps. You can NOT purchase a sample of a pillow's fabric, I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Do you have access to other fabric not listed on here?

Yes! Please feel free to message me about specific textiles you are looking for. I am able to walk through my enormous warehouse to hunt for other treasures not listed.

What are your operating hours?

- I operate this shop at my full-time job. I am on-site to fulfill orders Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. - I will answer messages during after hours as soon as I get to/see them.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! I gladly accept returns for pillow covers and inserts. We will only accept the return within 30 days after you receive the item(s). Unfortunately, I do not accept returns for fabric any longer.
