The different honeys offered:
- Acacia honey = Used to sweeten your teas and other drinks, it is very popular in cooking for its smell and sweetness. It acts on the intestinal flora and has relaxing properties. It also contains more fructose than glucose and its glycemic index is low (20). Ideal for people with diabetes. Considered an intestinal regulator, it is recommended for young children.
- Lavender honey = Unctuous, fragrant and subtle taste, it sublimates our dishes and sweet desserts. Its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties are recognized on health. Lavender honey is also used for the treatment of certain respiratory infections. It is also effective against insect bites or to treat burns and prevent wounds from becoming infected.
- Linden honey = Fresh, slightly minty and tasty, it contains flavonoids, an effective antioxidant to fight against sleep disorders and cell aging. It can be used in particular for its soothing effect or for its ability to prevent winter diseases such as the flu or colds, thanks to trace elements (potassium, calcium and manganese).
- Chestnut honey = Beneficial for blood circulation, it is known for its healing properties. It is rich in trace elements: potassium, magnesium, manganese and barium.
- Fir honey = Its richness in trace elements (phosphorus, potassium, calcium, sulfur, magnesium, zinc, boron, iron and copper) gives this honey multiple benefits: antianemic, antiseptic and diuretic. It is thus recommended against asthma, bronchitis, tracheitis, pharyngitis, rhinitis and colds.
- Garrigue honey = Rich in trace elements, it has tonic and fortifying virtues.
- Mountain honey = Polyfloral, this honey comes from plants in mountainous regions. It is nourishing, toning, immunizing and relieves sore throat. In traditional medicine, mountain honey is used to disinfect wounds and inflammations of the skin. To strengthen the immune system, it is advisable to drink every morning a cup of warm milk mixed with a spoon of mountain honey.
- Bruyère honey = Aromatic liel, with an intense flavor. Rich in trace elements, potassium, iron and sulfur, it is recommended for people with kidney problems or chronic fatigue.
