Modified Log Cabin Quilt Block Pattern Download

Basic Skills Necessary: Basic Cutting and Sewing of Quilts

Pattern Description:
This is a Modified Log Cabin Quilt Block. This is the second quilt block my grandmother taught me. This is such a quick quilt block to put together, it is very easy to create runners, placemats and quilts with this pattern in a weekend or just a couple of days.

This pattern is easy to put together and a lot of fun. Looks great in any colors or use your scrap bag fabric.

You can layout the blocks in so many different patterns once you have made a bunch of them.

There is a Christmas Table Placemat Pattern that comes with this download along with fabric yardage measurements to complete it a couple different ways.

Rotary Cutting instructions and Paper Templates are included.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Each block will end with .25” seam allowance on every side to sew to other blocks etc. to complete project.

Block Size 12" x 12"

I really like this pattern and appreciate all the information to make the quilt in different sizes. Please correct the word Modifiled on the printouts. You must mean Modified because that is how you spell the word in the title. Seeing the misspelling hurts the confidence of the buyer in the rest of the pattern. I am not trying to be critical but Modifiled is difficult to accept since it is incorrect.
