Custom and personalized orders

I am currently open for custom orders or personalization for orders. Please contact me BEFORE you make a purchase so that I can send you a custom listing. Due to time involved and the cost of specially ordering supplies for custom orders, custom made items are not eligible for returns or full refunds.

Please refer to individual listings for sizing. Listings give approximate or exact size in the descriptions.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrap is available upon request. Please message me BEFORE placing an order if you have a very specific gift wrap request (like an included note). The gift wrap ribbon color will be randomized depending on the colors I currently have in stock.

If the item is made to order, it will be shipped once complete (check individual descriptions for turn around time). Paying for a Rush order means that your order will be made faster than normal and shipped via Priority mail. USPS First Class shipping usually takes about 4-5 business days to arrive from time of shipping to your location. Priority shipping takes 2-3 days. It has been my experience that International shipping takes anywhere from 2 to 4 business weeks to arrive. Canada and the UK is on the slightly faster side; Australia and other countries is slightly longer. Once I ship an item, it is now in the hands of the USPS. If any problems with shipping arise, please contact me and I will assist to the best of my ability.

Turn around time (TAT)

Many items in the shop are made-to-order, meaning they are made for you *after* you place the order. These items do not instantly ship. Your item will have TAT plus shipping time before it arrives. If you need your made-to-order item faster than normal, please take advantage of the other shipping options we offer. The made-to-order TAT also takes in account what *time* you order an item. For example, if you order something at midnight on Monday, it will most likely not ship out until Wednesday morning, which is only 1 business day later. If you need an order by a certain date, message me BEFORE ordering so I know what deadline you are working with.

Please contact me if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase. I will do my best to resolve any problems so that you have a positive experience shopping. I am well known for my five-star communication and customer service. Please message me with any issues rather than leaving a review. Etsy does NOT give me notifications for reviews. If you have an issue and mention it in your review rather than a direct message, I will not know of the issue. Custom orders (such as using custom photos in cabochons or specially ordered supplies) are not eligible for full refunds. Some returns may be applicable for restocking fees, depending on the condition of the returned items and package.

Important Additional Policies

Please double check your address prior to making a purchase. The items will be shipped to the address listed on Etsy. If you want them to be sent to the different address, please send a message. Please note that I try my absolute best to ensure that my photographs capture the true colors of my jewelry, but I cannot guarantee every computer monitor (or mobile phone) will accurately display the truest color. Custom Fees / VAT Fees

International customers: Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about customs clearance - customs laws make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

Many metals may tarnish when introduced to liquids, even sterling silver or gold. The best way to keep your jewelry looking shiny and new is to keep it dry and away from water. Leather and suede are also water permeable and may warp if submerged in water. The best way to keep your leather jewelry in proper condition is to keep it dry. Additionally, any jewelry using art cabochon charms can be potentially damaged from being submerged in water. The art is printed on paper, and while protected with a layer of glass, the best way to keep your cabochons beautiful is to keep them dry. In general, the best way to preserve the condition of your jewelry is to keep it in a dry place.

What's that black strip included in my jewelry box?

Some of my customers like storing their BombDotComGeekery jewelry in the boxes. For that reason, I include an anti-tarnish strip to help ensure your metals stay shiny and new for longer. The strip also ensures safety during shipping, even in the humid months or on a long overseas trip. The strips are top of the line technology, by Intercept brand.
