The most common "obstacle" I see is people having troubles opening a zip file (which is a group of ALL the files in one folder - Etsy won't allow us to upload .svg files, only in a .zip file).

You CANNOT open a .zip file in your design software. You must open the zip file and extract the files FIRST and then go to your software and open the file by itself.

To open a zipped file on a PC, double-click the zipped file to see its contents. When prompted, drag the files out of the window to the desired location or click Extract All. When you click Extract All, the files are unzipped in the same location as the original file unless you specify a different one in the Select a Destination window.

To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac.

If you have Basic Silhouette Studio software you will need to use DXF format files. Import DXF file by going to “File -> Import -> Import to Library…” in your Silhouette Studio, and then browse to DXF files location.

If you have Designer Edition Silhouette Studio software you will need to use SVG format files. Import SVG file by going to “File -> Import -> Import to Library…” in your Silhouette Studio, and then browse to SVG files location. You may need to select “SVG” in “Files of type” dropdown box.

As a general rule, since all of my items are digital, there are no refunds, except in 3 cases:

1). Incorrect file (not as shown in listing/display). In this case you may request the correct file be sent to your email (this is very rare, but human errors do happen :() or you may request a refund.

2). You have not downloaded the file(s). If the file shows that it's been downloaded, under any circumstances, it's not eligible for a refund.

You will receive a download link on the last page of your checkout. Etsy also emails the download link to your email address and you can also download under "Purchases and Reviews" located in your Etsy account

There are a few rules to consider with this license:
**100 pieces allowed, NO mass producing
**NO selling of transfers or decals
**NO sharing, trading, selling, or giving away any files
**ALL items must be made by you, NO 3rd party printing.
**NO Print On Demand services including but not limited to: Zazzle, amazon Merch, Printful, Radbubble and ect.
**I don't allow digitizing of my SVG designs for embroidery.

As many of you know Design Space has some issues with SVG designs, they are aware of it and are working to fix it. In the meantime, if you have any issues with a design being skewed or not uploading the way it looks in the picture please contact me and I will do my best to help you! As these problems don't effect every design we're usually unaware of the problem until you let us know!
