Ring - We can make US ring sizes from US 4 - US 14. If you do not know your ring size, you can use a string to get your ring circumference measurement. Below is the guideline to get you accurate ring size. Hope it helps. You can get your ring size as below: 1. Get a soft string (not stretchable) and a marker pen. 2. Wrap the string around her finger on the knuckle, and do it not too tight or too loose. 3. Mark the string that crosses one another 4. Place to a ruler in mm. You can know the circumferences of the ring and from here we can check the size. Necklace - We can make chain length from 16 Inches - 24 Inches. Bracelet - We can make chain length as stated.

If you're not wearing your silver jewelry, it's advisable to keep and store it properly. You need to keep your jewelry in a place which is cool and away from sun light. Indoor light source like florescent lights or light bulbs could also change the color of your jewelry. Light and heat will turn a silver jewelry yellow and tarnish. The best place to store your jewelry is in the drawer or cupboard if it is not used. Place your jewelry into the box also will help.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We pack the jewelry by using our brand jewelry box. If you want to give someone a gift, you can request us to use our 'special gift box'. Besides, you can also request us to leave a note to your receipient. Please note that no individual gift box for wholesale order. Wholesale order will be pack into one large box.

What is 925 Sterling Silver?

Sterling Silver Jewelry consists of 92.5% Pure Silver combine with 7.5% copper or alloy. Our items does not contain Nickel.

How fast do you ship the order?

For some items that already been made can be ship out in 3 working days time but if the item are sold out, we need 7 - 10 working days to handmade your item. For items that needs plating and engraving, we need an extra 3 - 4 days. On busy season like Christmas or Holiday, we need 10 - 21 days. This is just an estimate. Do contact us for more accurate information.

I need it urgent. Do you ship the item by Express Shipping?

Yes. Please choose our Express Shipping for a small top up. Delivery time will time 1- 3 Days after shipping. Please note that processing time are not included.

Custom and personalized orders

Only a percentage of people will have this green color effect due to the reaction of the copper in sterling silver. The green stain is cause by the high body acidity on their diet, any medication, body sweat or humid hand. The green stain is only temporary and harmless. To get rid of the green, please clean your jewelry piece everyday with a silver polishing cloth to remove any copper residue. Rinse your piece with running plain water and dry it putting on. After a couple of weeks, the green color reaction will stop. Or you can apply a coat of clear nail polish to the part that come in contact with the skin.
