I ordered a beautiful angel & cheeky baubles for my daughter's first Christmas tree since she left home. Unfortunately they did not arrive due to an address error. Since contacting Natalie to resolve this, she has been spot on with her communication & understanding of the problem. The errant angel has arrived with her entourage today & has been so worth the wait - excellent materials & workmanship. Totally adorable. They will take pride of place for many Christmases to come ❤️🙏🏼
