no, it is more economical to send patches through snail mail ( an ol' envelope and stamp) so please allow 7-14 days for your package to arrive, and if it doesnt please contact me by clicking the contact seller feature. i send them this way because it is cheaper for both myself and the buyer, doesnt use plastic, so its more enviromentally and economically friendly.

for domestic orders (within the united states) please allow 7-14 days since your order has been marked as shipped/complete. If your order is international it may be up to a month or even two, due to the pandemic if you ordered a shirt or custom pair of crust pants. Sometimes i have to fulfill orders as they come, so please allow 1-5 days after you order for your order to be shipped depending on the item.

Mistakes happen, and I will replace your order asap or refund if you so choose. (an upside is you get a free item and the downside is you have to wait for your correct item)

This is a common problem. Just get some transfer paper and place over the top of the design. Make sure your shirt is on a flat surface and iron the sides back down.

it depends on the day you order. i go to the post office on monday and on friday. if you ordered on friday or during the weekend your order will be shipped the following monday. if you order on during the weekday monday-thurs then your order will be shipped on friday.

I am actually going through a lot right now from being in between housing, having a broken painting (right) hand, and having a queue of orders of 40+ of holiday orders since November. Thank you for your understanding and patience but I cannot offer a refund or expedite your order over other people's who ordered before you. If you need an item by a certain date then you need to leave a note to seller when you ORDER. not messaging me complaining it's not there by when Etsy tells you to review it.
