Can I get a refund if my package hasn't been delivered?

Unfortunately, I can't offer a refund if the selected shipping option was regular mail. If you want to be extra safe though, you can choose the option of express shipping which always comes with a tracking number, that way you'll know exactly where your package is. If the package comes back to me and the shipping address was wrong, then I'll ship it back at my own cost. If the address provided wasn't correct however, I will only ask you to provide for for the shipping costs.

Who is your supplier?

I have chosen to invest in a Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer so that I could have absolute control over the quality of my prints. This means I am paying a little more to afford all the printing supplies, but your prints will always be guaranteed to be exactly how I wanted them. Accordingly, it is possible for me to print on different papers or to modify a print however you'd like it. If you want to customize your order, you are welcome to message me!

Is there a tracking number with my order?

Regular Mail from Canada Post doesn't include a tracking number. If you want to make sure you can track your package, either select "express shipping" or contact me directly so I can tell you the price estimates for your order.

★ IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR PRINT'S LONGEVITY ★ In order to prevent your prints from fading, please make sure to keep them in a frame behind glass or in their original cellophane sleeve. My prints are dye based / made with an inkjet printer, so this is subject to happen: Air fade of an inkjet photo print is caused by direct contact with airborne gases and pollutants, primarily ozone. High humidity "dissolves" pollutants and the degradation reaction is accelerated. This is why you need to protect them.
