Returns & Exchanges

We describe the items as accurately as possible and adding photos. If you have any question just let us know. Please make sure you understand that you are purchasing a handmade item and each piece is unique.

*Request a cancellation within: 10 hours of purchase
You will receive shipping and item cost refund.

*We can reach an agreement due presenting evidence.
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
If the agreement unusually is that you have to return the package for a refund, the refund would be made until the package arrives. The payment for the return shipping would be taken by buyer. The refund would be made for the price of the item(s), not includes shipping costs.

*We take photos of the product before packing it and shipping it. The refunds are in case of damage, presenting evidence. Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery

*If you are not in your home to receive your package, the Postal Service is responsible for leaving a Note, it is necessary that the buyer re schedule delivery or personally pick up the package from the local post office. If not, the package will be returned to Canada. I can forward your package, as long as the buyer takes over the cost of shipping.
