I can't cut the file on my cricut, there's a circle that keeps spinning around and around

The best way to fix this problem is to plug your cricut directly into your computer using the USB cable cricut provided you. Usually this means the file is corrupt (try downloading it again) OR that the file is having a hard time going from your device to the cricut because of size.

How many layers are your files?

ALL of my files are one "layer" unless stated. I created the files with the intent of only being one color. I include the EPS and DXF files so that YOU may merge whatever "layers" that you'd like to make the file in the colors you want.

I can't figure out how to download my file

Please read this FAQ, it should help. Please note, it's MUCH easier downloading on a computer than it is a handheld device. https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013328108-Downloading-a-Digital-Item
