How to load your purchased file?

File Program compatibility: SVG – Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Designer Addition, Brother Scan N Cut, Make the Cut. DXF – Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio. PNG – Printing and Web use. Compatible with most Microsoft and web based programs. PDF - Portable Document Format. Make sure that you take note of the location that your files has downloaded to. Once the file has downloaded select the program you would like to upload the file in to. Select the appropriate location that the file was downloaded to and select the file. If you are still having problems please contact me and I will try to assist you the best I can.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Unfortunately due to the digital nature of the files I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I will try to help the best I can if you are experiencing difficulties with the purchased file.

Custom and personalized orders

I cannot find my download / where is my download? You will receive a download link in your order conformation email from Etsy. This is an automated email from Etsy that is sent out once your payment has been processed. This email will go the same email account your use to log in to Etsy. Sometimes the email may be in your junk mail folder based on your email settings. You can also log in to your Etsy account, then click on “You”, then “Purchase and Reviews”. Your download will be listed under “Past Purchases”.
