Received product later than stated then had to message seller to see what happened then sent out another one and it was broken and still waiting for a new one but seller is working with me to get it taken care of so far

Thank you for your review I'm sorry your order did not arrive in time for Christmas. this order was placed on November 25 and shipped on the 7th of December as scheduled. I didn't get notification that it hadn't been recieved until December 22 making it impossible for a replacemnet to be sent and recieved by Christmas I spoke with the buyer and shipped a replacement item at my expense after Christmas which was recieved unfortunately the chair inside the lantern had broke in transit So I agreed to replace the chair and ship it at no expense to the buyer. I'm sorry this wasn't the experience you had hoped for I do not have any control over the shipping time frames have a great day

Ordered in mid November and was shipped one month later. I will give credit that the seller was available and did communicate.

It came with one corner a little bent (of course it's one of the front corners) so that was a little disappointing but I was able to fix it a little bit and over all this is a very nice item. Shipping was faster than expected which is always nice

Was disappointed in the quality after waiting over a month to receive. I was promised to have it prior to Christmas in memory of my father whom just passed and didn’t receive until January. The seller did not offer any discount or refund for $25 shipping fee, after Christmas the price was reduced and she did not honor that.

Hi Lauren thank you for your review I am sorry you are not happy with the quality of the product had you contacted me after you received the product I would of been more then happy to help you. Lauren messaged me after she purchased to ask if her parcel would arrive before Christmas to which I responded that it should but that I could not guarentee it would due to shipping delays. This Item was not on sale at the time of purchase. I can not control the shipping delays these are out of my control. Lauren's item was shipped within the time frame stated on the listing.
