Do you prepay the tariffs for your customers in the US?

Yes! We ship with DDP - we prepay the tariffs to our carrier so you won't get any surprise fees upon delivery.

Each product has information about sizes in their description. Additional info is provided for international customers.

If you're looking for something similar to what we offer and you want to choose a different color, material, size or pattern you can contact me so we can discuss and create a custom offer for you. If you do so please make sure you reach to us some time in advance if you need the item for a special occasion like a wedding, anniversary, birthday, etc.

There is information about care instructions in the description of each item. However, most of our knitted products should be hand washed with cool water and special product for wool. After carefully washing lay out flat and arrange back into the original shape. You shouldn't use dryers or dry flats.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each purchased item will be wrapped properly and packaged with care. For special occasions or occasional gifts you can purchase a gift wrap at checkout. We try not to use any unnecessary packaging material to reduce the impact on the environment.

Please read the description of the item you are interested in. There you can find information about the processing time (the time from placing the order until it's dispatched). Usually the processing time for ready to ship items is 1-2 business days. The processing time will be longer for items that are not ready to ship.

✿CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash in cold water with neutral soap (or special wool detergent). Do not use a washing machine or a dryer. After carefully washing, reshape and lay out flat to dry.

The slippers are warm and comfortable and so far have held up well to a lot of use. I took them on a two week work trip to Japan and wore them in the office all day: got a few comments! Was able to customize them to my size, which was slightly larger than the maximum listed (men's size converted).

Arrived a week ahead of expected delivery date. I wanted a custom set of slippers for my husband, which they were able to make custom for me (as the sizes only went up to 10 US Women's). Very responsive shop owner and the slippers are beautiful!
