Cast Iron air vent brick grille cover – repair

these can be used inside or outside, can be used to cover an old broken air brick by just drilling and screwing it in place ( check your sizes and the hole sizes below ).we designed them so a handyman can fit them.

these will cover a modem air brick gap, for that old look.

the inner size ( main body not the lip ) is close to a metric air brick .
they is a slight bow ( 2mm ) when made but will pull straight when screwed into place .

outer 233mm long, 84mm high, 8.4mm thick approx
inner 208mm long 67mm high
this is a measurement of one they might be slightly different each one so approx sizes.

screw hole distance is 222mm long , height is 71mm

note if you don't seal or paint iron it will go rusty- in a damp or wet atmosphere, if not treated.
ALL of the cast iron items are left in their raw state and may have grind marks on them which may not been seen on the pictures. Also they may have light surface rust on the items which can easily be removed.
When fitting the air bricks and if the coating/paint if damaged at the edges, make sure you reseal the damage or it will cause rust.
The shade of the finished product will all be slightly different after manufacture, if not sure ask before buying.
If screws are sent these are given free, not guaranteed in any way or amount and will not send one if missing please don’t ask.
We are just now concentrating mainly on selling air bricks/ covers and radiator feet.
We do not do one off or bespoke items, so please don’t ask.

Shipping
items are normally posted on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 99% of the time. -not including bank holidays and xmas.
The items are sent by Royal Mail, 2nd class tracked if they are under 2 kg,
if over can be Royal Mail tracked or APC overnight courier tracked( England and Wales)
please reply to any courier card out within 3 days or they might be sent back to me.
