Can items be returned, canceled or exchanged?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL... However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order (wrong size was received, incorrect design). But yes, sales are final due to the nature of our business and production model. Each item is custom made based on your order requirement. Please confirm your size requirement with the sizing chart associated with the listing.

Sizing on a wearable product will always be displayed in the listing. If there is any question about the sizing, please ask and we will be happy to help.

Custom and personalized orders

Depending on the design, we can certainly try to accommodate every request. Just ask and let's get a dialog going. :)

Does the pandemic affect fulfillment or shipping times?

We are working with our production partners to fulfill orders expeditiously but safely. Shipping times may be slightly extended to prioritize critical supplies to our front line first responders.
