PRODUCTION TIMELINES:

All our items are listed as "made to order" and are handmade. Type of such quality work takes time, so please note before ordering. Due to high demand, current production time is approximately 4-5 weeks. We want your item to be perfect, so thank you for understanding! Your item will be shipped by registered mail as soon as we produce it and we will certainly send you additional e-mail to inform you that your item is ready and that it was shipped. All orders are shipped from Europe (Lithuania). We ship Monday through Friday and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on public holidays.

At the moment we are offering three shipping options. SHIPPING OPTIONS: - FREE Worldwide shipping. Standard shipping via national registered post service or DHL/UPS Economy (depending on the location). Tracking is provided. This shipping option is reliable, but slower. So if you are not in a rush - it's a good option. - EXPRESS via UPS or DHL (faster and safer way to receive orders).

STANDART: – European Union usually 3–7 days – UK usually 5–8 days – USA usually 3-9 days – Canada usually 5–10 days – Australia, New Zealand usually 10–15 days – Everywhere else usually 5–15 days EXPRESS via DHL or UPS (faster and safer way to receive orders): – European Union usually 1–3 days – UK usually 1-2 days – USA usually 1–3 days – Canada usually 2-3 day – Australia usually 5-7 days Please note that uncollected items are not refunded. If delivery cannot be made to a customer due to the customer not being present at the address at the time allotted by the carrier, or if any customer refuses to accept the products on delivery, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of returning products to us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Please contact us before ordering with any questions or sizing concerns. We are more than happy to help with sizing to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! Please purchase "tracking" from your post office before returning item(s) and provide us with the tracking number. Once your item arrives back with us we will contact you to arrange a replacement item you are happy with or offer you shop credit. Note: shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer's expense and will not be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items. All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition: unwashed, unworn, with all labels and tags left attached.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORTANT TAXES:

The customer/recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any duties, taxes, and fees that may be applied by the destination country. We do recommend contacting your local customs for more information. The customer must take full liability for all costs associated with the parcel’s return to ManInTheStudio due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from the customs office or the chosen carrier. Once the parcel arrives back at ManInTheStudio, the following charges may be applied to the customer: return postal fees, return shipping costs, customs duties or clearance fees, handling and processing charges.

SHIPPING UPDATE FOR THE FESTIVE SEASON:

Shipping update for the FESTIVE SEASON: please note that during the festive season regular shipping via National Post Services is getting slower and with unexpected delays. Therefore, if you plan to receive your order by the Christmas time, we would recommend you to choose Express shipping option, which is a faster and safer way!

- Please note, shipping duration is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. ManInTheStudio will not be held responsible for any delays that may occur. - If you don't receive your order within 30 days, please write to us and we will start the investigation process with our post office. After investigation, if it appears that the parcel is lost, we will make a refund or send you new item. - Please note that it usually takes more time than regularly for the orders to be shipped during the Christmas season. The shipping service/time of the packages are beyond our control.

WHICH ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:

Non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable are: - CUSTOM ORDERS (shorter/longer length, personalized items). - Products marked as “FINAL SALE”, "READY-TO-SHIP". Please note: All “FINAL SALE”, "READY-TO-SHIP" items are new and authentic ManInTheStudio products. While offered at a significantly reduced price, they maintain the same quality standards expected of ManInTheStudio merchandise. Please review product details, descriptions, and sizing carefully before making your purchase.

UNCOLECTED/REFUSED ITEMS

If your order is not collected and is returned to our warehouse, or if you refuse to accept it, ManInTheStudio reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 25 EUR to cover shipping/processing costs. Please note that uncollected items are not refunded.

U.S. Shipments - DDP & TARIFF UPDATE

Import duties on orders (placed from April 1st) shipped to the United States will be covered by the ManInTheStudio. This means you won’t have to pay any additional import fees on online orders delivered to the U.S. ** does not apply to items from the "FINAL SALE" section

CUSTOMAISATION:

As all of our garments are handmade at our studio, we can make any of our garments in a custom size.

Also, depending on a garment's style we may be able to make those customizations:
- make the garment longer (adding 10 cm to the total length of the garment is for free);
- shorten the garment by altering the length of the legs or torso length;
- shorten the sleeves or make them a tad longer;
- adjust the elastic waistband;
- exclude the pockets;
- make similar customizations.
