2. Leave a note in the “notes to seller” box when checking out with any customizable features:
- Family last name and number of characters/people
- 'established' date
- names of characters (if you want the names under the individual characters)

*Be sure to thoroughly review the information before sending*

4. Prepare to email photos of each character, or a group photo you would like me to go off of, to sagefoxdesigns [!at] gmail.com or in an Etsy message.

5. Once payment, picture(s), and information are received, I will send you one (1) proof for your approval by email. Review the proof for any revisions.

6. Request revisions, or confirm that everything looks good. You then will receive an EMAIL with (1)JPG. NOTE: You will be only given 3 revisions (any error on my part will not count).

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS ONCE PRODUCT HAS BEEN MADE.
