Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are always welcome. If you would like to change a stone, metal color, ring size, design detail, or create a completely custom piece, please send us a message on Etsy before ordering. We’ll be happy to discuss the design, price, production time, and all details with you. Once everything is confirmed, we can create a custom Etsy listing for your order.

What if a ring I love isn’t available in my size on your Etsy?

Most of our rings are made to order and can be created in your selected ring size. If your size is not listed, please contact us before placing the order and we’ll confirm availability and pricing. Please note: listed prices usually apply up to US size 10. Larger sizes may require an additional charge depending on the design, metal weight, and stone setting.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free insured DHL Express shipping on all orders. Each order is securely packed, shipped with tracking, and sent in a special Gispan Diamonds gift box. Most items are made to order, so please check the processing time shown on each listing. Standard production time is usually 2-3 weeks before shipping, unless stated otherwise. Please note: international buyers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges required by their country.

How long can I expect before receiving my eagerly anticipated Gispan Diamonds package?

After your item is completed and shipped, DHL Express delivery usually takes 3-6 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Customs delays are outside our control, but we always provide tracking information so you can follow your package. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm whether it is possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All of my orders will be sent in a special Custom gift box.

Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Because our pieces are fine jewelry and many items are made to order in a selected size, returns and exchanges may be limited. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery if there is any issue with your order, and we’ll do our best to help. Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, or specially made items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or mistake with the order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and item so we can assist you. For buyers in the EU/EEA, applicable consumer protection laws may apply.
