3️⃣ Receive Your Proposal + Book Your Spot
You’ll receive a custom proposal and mockup. Finalize booking with a signed contract and 50% retainer.

4️⃣ Your Client Portal is Prepared
I will prepare your client portal which is the main hub where all proofing will take place. You will be supplied with a customized timeline that outlines important dates to help ensure a timely delivery, spreadsheets for addresses, and content forms to collect all necessary details to roll into the design process.  

5️⃣ Design Begins
Some time may pass between booking and beginning the design process. In the days leading up to the start of your project, I will reach out to reconnect with you and make sure we have everything ready to go for a seamless design process. Once all content is supplied, an initial proof will be delivered within 5 business days (1 week). Together we will work through revisions to make minor adjustments to text, colors, and overall layout. Three complimentary revision rounds, after the initial proof, are included.

6️⃣ Production & Delivery
Once approved, your suite is printed, assembled (if selected), and shipped or mailed via our white-glove mailing service. Final shipping is billed based on package weight.


⏱️ TURNAROUND TIME
Approximately 6-8 weeks from booking to delivery, depending on design complexity and print method. Rush orders (under 6 weeks) are available for a fee.


🎨 CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS
• Built to suit! Each piece is sold a la carte so you can build your own ideal wedding package without waste!
• The collection designs are fully customizable to be tailored specifically for your wedding aesthetic.
• Choose any embellishments you want to include! You do not have to stick to what is shown in the images! Swap a printed envelope liner for some soft touch velvet! Change the colors shown, opt for a belly band instead of twine – these are 100% customizable! We can go bare bones or all out!
• Complimentary color changes are included.
• You may use any verbiage you like – it does not have to stay as pictured. You will be provided with wording examples and a guide to etiquette to
help you decide what wording is best for you!

• The Invitation (5 x 7) with mailing envelopes in your choice of color
• The Reply Card (3.5 x 5) with response envelopes in your choice of color
• Large Insert (4.25 x 5.5) Commonly used for accommodations or directions
