Can I customize your tags to say what I want?

Yes! I love custom orders! Any of my tags can be created to say what you want them to say. You are welcome to purchase the tag of your choice and have it customized to your liking. A purchase must be made before I send any digital mock ups or design work. Purchases in my shop guarantee that I will work on your order (up to 10 changes) until you are satisfied. If we can not come to an agreement on designs, a cancellation fee based on the amount of time and edits will be charged.

Do you provide a proof for my order?

My turn around time is extremely fast. In general, I have orders printed within 24 hours and shipped to you within 3-5 business days. To keep these times down and insure that you are getting your packages quickly, a digital proof is not sent. However, if you would like a proof, please note that you would like a proof in the notes to seller. Proofs are sent within 2-3 business days after purchase. Orders requiring proofs ship as if they were purchased on the day they are approved. Totally custom orders automatically get a proof. If proofs are not approved, a reminder is sent on the original ship date. No response to a proof 72 hours after reminder is sent is deemed as acceptance and will be sent as I've designed.

When will my order ship? And how fast will it get to me?

Typically orders ship within 3-5 business days(unless rush is purchased) Below is my current estimated turn around time: Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders ship by Wednesday Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday before 6pm EST orders ship by Friday Wednesday after 6, and Thursday orders ship by Monday These are estimates and they may ship sooner or one day later. I am also a mom and the littles have to come first. Please message me with any questions you have about shipping estimates Shipping is not guaranteed. How do I order more than what is listed in the drop box?

Max amounts in the drop box are for shipping to calculate accurately. Tags are packaged in different amounts depending on how many fit on a sheet. So if you need more than the max amount, you will need to add more than one to your shopping cart. For example: If tags are sold in sets of 12 and you need 144, you would add the 96 Tags option to your cart as well as the 48 Tags and then proceed to checkout. I am always happy to set up a custom listing for custom amounts (custom quantity must be ordered in sets, partial sheet prints are not available).
