Paintings are made to be displayed in a temperature-controlled environment. Never hang your paintings outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source. Please clean your hands before handling any paintings. Do not place the painting face down or put anything on top of it.

How is my order packaged?

We use only high-quality special packaging for our products to enable the goods to reach you undamaged. To protect the corners of canvas print panel products under shipping we mostly furnish them with an extra layer of edge protection. Firm air cushion foil is often used to wrap our products to save them intact.

How good is the print quality?

The print quality from CanvasMafia is excellent. Our talented photo experts lovingly adjust the contrast and colors. Your photo is printed on valuable artist's canvas, which are guaranteed to be fade-resistant for many years. This results in brilliant colors and enables the rendering of the finest details in the corresponding template.

How is the canvas fixed to the frame?

The canvas is stretched onto the stretcher frame and clipped onto the rear side of it. The image content is pulled over the edges so that the image can be hung up without a frame.

Is express delivery also available for my order?

It is possible to send your items faster (but the cost of shipping is individual)

My delivery address is incorrect or has changed. What do I need to do?

Please contact us ASAP to provide with correct data. The delivery address can be changed only before the shipment. We cannot change the address of order in progress of supply.

My delivered image is faulty or damaged - what can I do?

To give us full info about damages, please, provide us with one or two digital photos of the article you complain of. Add the number of your order and a short description of the deficiency via the conversation option here on Etsy. As soon as we receive the above and our production department responses for the faulty we inform you and can help to eliminate the trouble.

How to tighten a loose and saggy canvas print:

If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag, you can try the following: Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries. Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas prints.
