Items are sent out within 1-3 business days of purchase and you will be sent a notification once the parcel has been sent.

Items sent within the UK are sent by First Class mail and usually arrive the next day after the shipping notification is received. Sending items First Class means that they cannot be tracked, but this is by far the cheapest form of postage.

To all other countries, we ship Standard Delivery. Sending items Standard Delivery means that they cannot be tracked but this is by far the cheapest form of postage.

You can choose to upgrade your shipping option before you purchase the item, so that it can be tracked but please be aware that shipping upgrades does not mean that the item will get there quicker, it's just a way to track your parcel.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

International delivery usually arrives within 2 weeks of sending, but this could take longer if held up by customs. Please contact me if your package has not arrived within 6 weeks of ordering.

Each item is gift wrapped in pink tissue paper and mailed in a bubble wrap envelope.

I am able to do custom orders if I have the fabric available. Please convo me about this.

I am able to do wholesale orders, depending on which fabrics I have in stock. For smaller items (such as coin purses, glasses cases etc) I do a minimum of ten pieces.
