What do I do if my item is lost in transit or it arrives damaged?

In the rare event that you receive something damaged, it is REQUIRED that you: -Contact me within 72 hrs of delivery -Photograph ALL packaging materials & boxes as well as damage to the item. -Hold on to everything! -You may be required to sign an affidavit of damages. -Claim will be DENIED if these requirements are not met. -Insurance may only cover the cost for repairs (estimates will be required) OR full cost if deemed not repairable. -I will file & handle the insurance claim from there - If the item never arrives, contact me and I will file a trace. There is typically a 20 day waiting period before a "Lost" claim will be paid. - My liability ends when package is marked DELIVERED by the carrier (and a signature was not requested).

Yes! I don't have a physical store but would be happy to make arrangements for you to pick up your item. I always love to meet fellow vintage admirers and collectors! -Please contact me BEFORE purchase to make p/u arrangements AND so I can edit the listing to reflect "Free Shipping". -I am located in Calimesa, Ca 92320 which is between Redlands and Beaumont, just off the 10 Freeway. -Make a day of it and plan a visit to beautiful Oak Glen which is very close to me. I am considering an item in your shop but need a little extra time to pay, do you offer a layaway plan?

Sorry, but layaway is no longer available in my shop. This selling platform has made it impossible to offer this option currently. Etsy does now offer "KLARNA" which allows you to make payments. I may agree to "hold" an item for a short period on select items. Feel free to message me!

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, VI, APO’s or PO Boxes?

As a rule YES! But since some of my items have to ship FedEx there may be additional shipping fees to your location. - Please send me a message and include your address and I will be happy to research the least expensive shipping option for YOUR location BEFORE you purchase the item.

Do you use recycled packing boxes whenever possible?

YES! When I have just the right size on hand, otherwise I use new. - I always use new, clean (usually pink static free) packing peanuts. It may seem excessive at times, but I use enough to make sure the item is secure enough to endure the roughest handling! - Any “pack and ship” mail center would gladly accept these clean packaging peanuts to re-use!

I'm considering purchasing more than one item in your shop, do you offer combined shipping?

Yes! In many cases, you can save a considerable amount in shipping expenses when combining multiple items. Feel free to message me with your city and zip code and I will research it for you. I will typically respond right away!

You do not offer RETURNS. Are there any exceptions?

Due to the fragility and the high cost of shipping & packaging my particular type of vintage and handmade products, I cannot offer returns except in only extreme situations. In the rare case that I agree to a return, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning it to me AND agree to pay for the initial shipping costs that I paid to send it to you, even if it was a "free shipping" item. The amount I paid will be deducted from the refund amount when I receive it back. The item must be received back to me in the exact condition as I sent it in otherwise no refund will be issued. It is important that you pay for insurance to cover loss or damages for the return shipment. If this occurs, you are responsible to the file claim

I think this would be lovely in a vintage inspired coastal cottage but it will certainly be just as lovely in any vintage or shabby decor... it would even be a fancy touch to rustic farmhouse style!

It measures 20" long x 9" tall (not including the glass candle holders) x 5" wide at base.

The round glass candle holders are included but are not attached (for shipping purposes).

They sit on the pedestals fine but I would encourage affixing them with something, even candle wax or putty. Hot glue or clear silicone would work for a more permanent solution.

The wax candles are not included in this listing, they are for staging purpose only.

If you are going for the coastal look it would be pretty to add some sand in with the candles in the glass holders!
