How do prints come packaged?

All our prints come unframed and are packaged securely to ensure it gets to you safe and undamaged. All prints sized 14" x 11" or smaller, come flat-packed and secured between thick card. Prints larger than 14" x 11" come gently rolled and placed in strong cardboard tubing.

How long will delivery take?

We print each order individually and typically dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. However, in busy periods this may take a day or two longer. Delivery times vary by location but typically take 2-5 days in the US, 3-5 days in the UK, or 10-20 days internationally. Please note that buyers are responsible for any collections from depots/post offices/duty.

Is there a border to help with framing?

All our prints come without a border but we have designed each print specifically so there is always sufficient room for framing without blocking any key parts of the print.

We are so confident that you will love our prints that if for whatever reason you're not completely happy please contact us within our returns window we will give a full refund (including any shipping costs you paid) or a replacement free of charge. (Please note we are unable to offer our money back guarantee in cases of buyer error)
