So disappointed, my present for my niece has not arrived entirely because this seller sent it by Royal Mail in full knowledge that they were striking. That is unforgivable. When I chased where my item was, all I received was a glib reply. I had to open a case and Etsy intervened to issue a full refund, but that is not what I wanted, I wanted the gift and now it is too late to get an alternative from another maker. I bitterly regret choosing this seller as she could have so easily avoided this issue by using one of the many, many alternative couriers that ARE delivering reliably during Christmas.
