When will my order ship?

Current production time is 1-3 business days, Not including weekends & holidays. Please check individual listings for different lead times. You will receive a tracking number once shipped. Domestic US shipping usually takes: 1-4 days (Mon-Sat) If you need it sooner, please send me a message here on Etsy either before placing your order to accommodate Upgraded shipping only changes USPS delivery time, not production time. Your estimated ship date will be in your “purchases” section of the Etsy app or website for your convenience once you place an order. Please make sure you have the correct address at time of purchase. You may have to pay for the difference in shipping cost for updated address. Please notify us asap.

Lost or Damage Packages

Winston + Pete Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Unfortunately, we do not have any more info than you do using the tracking number from USPS to locate, once the item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number. Some Priority packages do come with insurance please notify us about an insurance claim for Lost or Damaged. Damage packages please notify us within 48 hours with a photo to proceed. If USPS marked it "Delivered" and you have not received: Please verify the shipping address is correct. Check in with anyone else that might have received the package for you (ie. manager, family member, neighbor etc).

Each candle is hand poured in small batches in Los Angeles, California, with 100% Natural Soy Wax for an eco-friendly clean burn.

Winston and Pete Co. candles are Cruelty free and not tested on Animals.

Candle Care:
To Prevent tunneling the first burn of the candle should be long enough for the entire top layer of wax to liquify. This will ensure an even burn for each light. We don't recommend burning candles longer than 3 hours at a time, and never burn a candle when there is less than ¼” of wax at the base. For optimal burning, trim cotton wick to ¼” (.6 cm).
Never leave a candle burning unattended or within reach of a draft, pets, or small children. Allow candle to cool completely before handling.
