Properly storing and caring for your SHAZOEY jewellery will prolong the life and lustre of your pieces.

Dust, pollution, cosmetics and perfumes will cloud the brilliance of a gemstone and dull the surface of your jewellery.

Jewellery should always be removed prior exercising, swimming, showering, and sleeping. After wearing, give your jewellery a gentle wipe using the cloth provided and store in the pouch when not in use. This will help keep your jewellery looking new.

All SHAZOEY jewellery pieces are lovingly handcrafted with care, presented in original SHAZOEY packaging, and comes with a care card. They are then packed safely to ensure a safe transit to your door.

If you have made multiple purchases and would like them packaged separately, I am more than happy to do so - please let me know at checkout or send me a message.

Also, handwritten notes are free of charge with any gift purchase. Please leave me your message at checkout. Alternatively I can send a blank card for you to fill out instead.

In the case of unclaimed parcels, each piece of jewellery will incur a $10 fee (if unwanted) and non-refundable postage. This is in relation to the handmade nature of my items, so it would be great if you could please keep this in mind prior to your purchase. Please keep in mind that SHAZOEY jewellery is completely handmade, and there may be slight variations in the hammering and stamping of gold and silver. Also due to the raw and one-of-a-kind nature of gemstones, what you receive may differ slightly from what is photographed.

All necklaces, bracelets and rings are handmade to order, so exchanges, returns and refunds are not offered simply for a change of mind, so please choose carefully and keep this in mind prior purchasing. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns/refunds for earrings, unless faulty.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your SHAZOEY order, or if your order arrived damaged/faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item as we will try our best to resolve any issues that there may be. We are here to help!

Should you wish to return your item, please make sure it is packaged carefully to reduce damage during re-post, and ship back within 7 days after receiving your parcel. We will be happy to offer a full refund minus shipping costs.

Returns must be in original, unworn condition and in same signature gift box as was received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless faulty.

All SHAZOEY pieces have been designed and crafted to the highest standard, but daily wear and tear is inevitable.
