My niece ordered this outfit for me back on February 15th. The store said the item would ship on March 1, 2019. Then, they sent her an update saying my dress would be shipped on March 4th. However, the item didn’t start moving until March 8th. Now it is March 13th and I still have received nothing while my money was already taken. Who knows when I will ever receive this item. It is about to be a month since I purchased it. This is much longer than advertised unfortunately. My daughter was looking forward to wearing this dress, but it seems I will now have to make alternate arrangements.

So sorry I am just now hearing of this. I did indeed ship dress on the day promised. When I contacted you about the 3 day delay you never mentioned you were on a tight timeline. You never told me when you needed the dress. I am sorry the post office mishandled your package but I think it is a bit unfair to hold me responsible for something I had no control over.
