Marguerite Crochet Blanket
Digital file type(s): 1 PDF
**This listing is for the crochet PATTERN ONLY. Finished items are not included.**
The Marguerite Blanket is a study in color, texture, and geometry. Its modern design complements a wide range of decor styles.
The 16-page pattern includes written directions in English using standard US crochet terms. It also includes step-by-step photos illustrating more complicated steps, as well as a coloring sheet for color planning.
Materials needed include approximately 3500 m of DK weight yarn. I used 15 skeins of Madelinetosh DK Twist and 2 balls of Cascade 220 Superwash. You will also need 5.5 mm and 4.5 mm crochet hooks, a tapestry needle, and scissors.
The crochet level is intermediate based on use of tapestry crochet and join as you go techniques.

So I finally finished this blanket. Let me note a couple of things: a) I did NOT assemble along the way. I assembled once all pieces were completed & assembled like a granny square blanket and b) I didn't make the whole blanket. I only made 11 of the full size circles and as you can see the blanket was still a cozy size. I really like how it came out. I used left over yarn I had from other projects. Pattern is well-written and easy to follow!
So far so good! I love this pattern. I made the whole circles. Still need to make the half’s, quarters, and triangles. And border!
Directions are easy to follow, and the end result is GORGEOUS!!! I love crocheting and putting this pattern together was genuinely fun and I would highly recommend this pattern to anyone!
This is a really well written pattern! The join-as-you-go method was new to me but the instructions were easy to follow. I've only made six of the full motifs so far, but it's coming along really quickly and I'm excited to finish the blanket!
