Once I have posted an item I am not responsible for it being lost or damaged in the post.

Sizing:

I am currently re-doing my sizing with the hope of making it more inclusive. If you make an order please send me a message with your bust, waist and hip measurement... just drop me a line if you need help :)

Shipping and Returns:
Current lead time is between 3-4 weeks.

All garments are made by Isabel from her home studio in Devon.

All purchases made online are final. At this moment we cannot accept any return of items. If you have a problem please contact us as soon as possible after you've received your garment.

Both UK and international orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked services and you will be sent a tracking number after your order has been dispatched. We can not be held responsible for a garment being lost or damaged once it has been dispatched.

Care:

Hand wash garments in cool water with mild detergent. Do not tumble dry. Iron on a medium on the inside of the garment. Really hot ironing may cause discolouration of fabric.

Isabel offers free repairs for life! We do not believe in disposable fashion but investing in a garment you love and treasure for years to come.

Here comes the small print:
As all items are made without seeing or personally fitting the garment to an individual, so please allow me to be a few inches out - once making a dress it is impossible to take apart & redo.

Garments may differ slightly to ones shown on models - as these are fitted to the model & I can not achieve such an exact fit without seeing & adjusting the garment in person.
